Abstract

The meeting was held in Olhȧo, Portugal, 1-5 September 2014. This meeting had different objectives pertaining to by-catch and to Ecosystems. As regards to by-catch, the meeting was focused on revising and updating the ecological risk assessment of the impact of ICCAT fisheries on sea turtles and to provide advice based on the results, as well as to review seabird by-catch mitigation measures.
