Abstract
The following Graphics (issued Feb 2023) and Guidelines (effective Feb 2022) describe best handling practices for marine mammals, specifically cetaceans, for purse seine and longline vessels fishing for tuna and tuna-like species in the western and central Pacific Ocean.
These guidelines are supplements to WCPFC Conservation and Management Measure 2011-03.
