Recommends CPCs:
- require vessels to 'promptly release unharmed, to the extent practicable, porbeagle sharks...when brought alive alongside...'
- collect and submit data (including discards & releases - noting whether dead or alive).
- encourages research on biological data and identifying areas important for, e.g., pupping, nursery grounds, other important life-history stages.
